Terms of Service
The terms under which you use MultiAI, and our disclaimers.
Agreement
By using MultiAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MultiAI forwards your prompts to AI providers of your choosing (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and displays their responses side-by-side. The AI responses themselves are produced by those providers, not by MultiAI.
Your responsibilities
You must keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You provide your own API keys. All usage costs are billed directly by each AI provider to you. MultiAI does not bill you for AI usage. You must comply with each provider's terms (OpenAI Usage Policies, Anthropic Acceptable Use, Google Generative AI Prohibited Use). MultiAI is a passthrough; violations are yours, not ours.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, to harass or harm others, to violate intellectual property or privacy rights, to evade the safety policies of any AI provider, to send spam, or to attack the infrastructure (scraping, automated abuse, etc.).
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or hallucinated. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without human verification.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, itlibra is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of MultiAI, or for the conduct of third-party AI providers. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) USD 0 (the service is free) or (b) the total fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify itlibra against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Exclusive jurisdiction: Tokyo District Court.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
